Overseeing maintenance, yacht fleet upkeeping, managing technical teams and emergency interventions, as well as maintaining good relationships with partners and clients to ensure high-quality service in the marine industry.
As an Operations Manager, your main duties will include, but not limited to, for the Company and its subsidiaries :
Technical Operations and Management:
- Setup technical department in partnership with the Base manager.
- Organize, follow-up, and record maintenance for the fleet.
- Organize day-to-day planning in relation to ongoing maintenance.
- Establish day-to-day team planning in relation to ongoing maintenance.
- Identify warranty issues.
- Follow up on warranty process with yacht manufacturer.
- Attending manufacturer and part provider training.
- Carry out complicated technical procedures in conjunction with technicians.
Fleet Operations :
- Organize fleet turnaround in partnership with the Base manager.
- Organize parts order in partnership with company software referent.
- Receive and prepare new yachts in the fleet.
Logistics and External Relations:
- Maintain business relationships with local contractors and retailers.
- Organize and help secure fleet in the event of a storm/hurricane.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

- Fluency in English (Virgin Islands Creole and Spanish are an asset)
